Standard certification requires basic training. PREMIER requires 75%+ Master Craftsman installers, a passed Business Fiscal Responsibility exam, a 4+ star customer TrackRecord, and annual re-verification — and it’s the only tier authorized to offer the 5-STAR warranty.
